The HBPA will pay minimum jockey’s mount to Owners of horses that ride a ***Apprentice!
The HBPA of Alberta will now pay minimum jockeys mount to the Owners of horses that have a double bug *** or 10lb weight allowance riding their horse.
Incentive will start July 1st, 2022.
The minimum jockeys mount will be automatically credited to the Owners account.
