Ship-in Times for CDR Thoroughbreds
- September 13th, 14th, 15th: Ship-in at any time, but please ensure the preship-in forms are filled out with accurate ship-in times.
- September 16th: Ship-in from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- September 17th- 20th: Ship-in from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Important Notice:
All horses must be shipped out of CMR by 6:00 PM on Monday, September 16th. This will allow us to prepare the barn area for the Standardbred Meet.
- 48-Hour Communication Requirement: Submit all horse names and approximate times of arrival to BOTH:

- Current Coggins Test: All horses must have a negative Coggins test on file for at least 48 hours before shipping in. This is mandatory for entry.
- Verification at Entry Gates: Ensure that racetrack gate staff verify valid negative Coggins test results before allowing any horse entry onto the property.
- Shipping Information: Include the following details in your shipping information:
- Registered Horse’s Name
- Trainer
- Date
- Arrival Time
- Signatures of the Shipper and Security Staff
Security staff will verify the information against the provided records.
